Description
It seems that the technique editor always remove the "disable reporting" option when used when saving a technique.
The technique editor does see the change in the draft, the yaml from the yaml editor looks fine, but after a save, everything is overridden.

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 8.0.0~beta3 which was released today.
