Rudder

This button has nothing to do here. We expect a button to create a directive here, but since the creation process is not as simple as other elements in Rudder, we could not put a global create button.
Not all techniques are editable and the technique editor is, anyway, always one click from the directive webpage.
The button is confusing and redundant with the menu, we can safely remove it.
