Description

To avoid performance problem with copying collection again and again, and to keep consistancy accross the code, and to get the benefits of tenants everywhere, we need to migrate away from all places still using NodeInfo / NodeInfoService.

This will be done by iteration, but we should try to at least migrate all of rudder core.
