Description

This plugin isn't maintain since 8.0 and the switch of rule page to an elm app and doesn't even build anymore since several months
Plus it is not a very good presentation of what is the "state of the art" in plugin in Rudder.

In current state, it's more a liability than anything else. We decide to just delete it.
