Description

So user get a log:

[2024-01-16 10:50:54+0100] INFO  application.authorization - Case sensitivity: in file '/opt/rudder/etc/rudder-users.xml' parameter `case-sensitivity` is missing, set by default on `true`

And they don't know if it's important or not.
The best place to document it is at least in the file, and even better in the user doc when we talk of that file.
