Technique import doesn't refresh the list of method in technique editor

Description
Try to import a technique with at least one method. You will see that the list of method bellow is empty but the count of method is right. This is purely a Elm problem, we doesn't refresh the list on import.
When we refresh the page, the list of method is not empty anymore
