Description

When we run tests with rudderc, we need to pass the path like in 

/opt/rudder/bin/rudderc test --library /var/rudder/ncf/common

we can't simply put /var/rudder/ncf/ and for it to find in subfolder; so we can't test with the content of /var/rudder/ncf/local
