Description
The migration from bootstrap 3 to bootstrap 5 seem to have no documentation about the change but in bootstrap 5 : active buttons have no shadow unless for instance for "primary" buttons.
We want to have minimal changes and keep previous shadows, i.e. apply 
where currently we only have
