Setting up ca-certificates-java (20190909+deb11u1) ... '/etc/java-17-openjdk/security/java.security.dpkg-new' -> '/etc/java-17-openjdk/security/java.security' head: cannot open '/etc/ssl/certs/java/cacerts' for reading: No such file or directory
