Description
With more than 2 parameters for a technique, when clicking on Select values from a list, the only checkbox that toggles state is the one of the first parameter. That makes it impossible to select values from a list for 2nd parameters, 3rd one, etc.

It is however possible to create 2 choices lists for 2 parameters, but the 2nd one needs to be created and populated before the 1st one, see further examples and screenshits in my comments in duplicate bug #24462
