Description

We should add a relay, ideally on an OS where we do not test often, like Amazon Linux 2023 (we've already had some issue on this OS, so it seems relevant to me)
The goal here is to test an OS on every OS possible, the goal is to test some scenario with a node behind this relay and test scale-out-relay plugin
