openGeneric method “package present” does not detect and install virtual packages
Description
A generic method “package present” says it fails to install emacs on Debian 10, although it has succeded installing it at some point :
E| error install_package_with_par| Package present emacs emacs If you tried to install a virtual package, please use in place the concrete package you want to install.
