Description
When we enable/disable a directive, there is a pop-up with the consequences on rules which use it.
The data for that pop-up is collected when the directive details page is loaded, and so they may be completly out-of-date when the pop-up is shown.
The data should be collected on-demand, when the disable button is clicked.
