Description
Currently, only the user id is displayed on the top a user card (which may not be very human-readable). Also, to know the status of a user, we have to open the detail of each user and inspect the button to disable/enable a user, this makes it very hard to know the list of disabled users.
We need both information to be visible in the user card :- replace the card title with the user name if it exists, and in that case make the identifier less accessible
- add a small icon/text when the user is disabled
