Rudder

The markdown documentation of a technique (created from the technique editor for instance) is no longer displayed anywhere in the directive page.
It is in fact, only displayed when selecting the technique version to create a new directive on, and even here, the markdown is rendered as plain text.

The LONG_DESCRIPTION field should at least be rendered in Markdown. Also, making it readable while editing an existing directive could be great (the easiest way being to only display it in the Information tab when explicitly asked for, like the DESCRIPTION field).
