Description

If one have plugin OIDC configured with branding, the login page looks like:

But if you unselect "display custom banner":

It looks like:

Likely OIDC form update use the same anchor element than what is removed by branding. They must be separated.
Happens in 8.0, but likely in 7.3 too.
