Description
If I create a user Bobby in a default case-sensitivity ="true" in rudder-users.xml file, I can login as expected with this account
But if i change the option case-sensitivity to "false", then it becomes impossible to log in (even with trying with a lowercase bobby as a login)
this defeats the goal of case sensitivity option
