Description

After accepting 2 nodes, I get a total of 3 nodes in Rudder, and I get scores for them. But after deleting the 2 nodes I added, I still have a total on 3 nodes in the score dashboard, and the previous scores of the nodes :

We should change scores cache/database to update when a node is deleted.
