Description
When api-authorizations plugin is enabled, since #24834 the API accounts pages does no longer allow to create/delete or update an account with custom ACL.
It has console errors, and the custom ACL selection does not show any endpoint at all :
We need to fix the issue in the plugin, to make a small plugin release.
