Description

In settings, we have the "Display changes graphs" configuration option saying:

When unchecked, we have numbers on both directive => "target rules" tab, and rule page main grid.

When checked, we have a (broken) graphe in directive page, but not in rule page.

So we should:
- either repaire graphe and behavior in rule page,
- or remove the option and only keep the numbers
