On Groups screen, using criteria "Node summary" with "Operating System Name" equal to "Windows" doesn't select Windows machines

Description

Using "System Type" = "Windows" returns somes results but "Operating System Name" = "Windows" doesn't.

I confirm this also happens in 2.3.
