Description
When we have several build in parallel, jenkins happens a "@XX" in the path. Then, the way we access files encodes it into "%40XX" which is not found.
We already had the case here: #19186
The solution is to change all:
this.getClass.getClassLoader.getResource(name).getPath
Into "toURI.getPath":
this.getClass.getClassLoader.getResource(name).toURI.getPath
