Description

In the User management setting section in 8.2, the Rights column correctly show roles in blue and additional authorizations e.g. permissions="compliance,node_write"
But when there is no additional authorizations (permissions="compliance"), the no_rights is shown as an additional authorization, which does not make any sense for the user :

We should remove the no_rights from rights in the API, as it is confusing for clients even if it has a meaning in the business logic.
