That query use "hasPolicyServer-root", should be "hasPolicyServer-*"

The same class has several other use of "hasPolicyServer-root" that should be modified in the same way.

This is not a blocking issue; it is used in reporting to detect last complete run of each nodes
However, by having root in the name of the rule, it checks only nodes that have the root server as their direct policy server
