We have identified some group configuration that result in error when resolving group properties : when a group has defined criteria on some other groups, but they are removed, the criteria now displays "Missing group" and the group could no longer target any node (with the And combinator). This can leads to all status being OK, but we have no indicator whatsoever about a criteria that now targeting nothing : no warning in the groups page.

We can name it "Group configuration errors" because it is more of a configuration error than a properties one even if we detect the error during the update of properties (triggered on change in dynamic groups).
