Description

When hovering over the Enforce and Audit or Skipped badges in the compliance tree, the cursor changes and suggest that there is a tooltip content, but it is never shown.

Even when initializing tooltips manually in the browser console with initBsTooltips(), they do not show

It works on the first level, but 2nd level tooltips are broken.
