On new groups, adding a prop leads to "No query defined for group" error

Description
If you create a group, don't add a query with criterion, but directly add a property, you get:
2024-11-06 13:33:55+0000 INFO api-processing.response-error - Unexpected: No query defined for group 'A new group' (1a643e54-d8ab-4e54-a9af-60c6b8a56bf3)
If you add a query (criterion tab, search/save), the problem disapears.
