Description

I have created the group usertoto with groupManagement PT, after sometime I decide to create the user "usertoto" with userManagement PT but the useradd command used at creation by userManagement make an error.

I'm not sure I understand what the problem here is exactly. Is is that the useradd command tries to create the group "usertoto" but it already exists, so it fails stupidly?
