Description
When a user is in the file rudder-users.xml. It gets disabled even if the last login does not exceed the schedule date.
To reproduce :
1. Create a user in file
2. modify rudder.users.cleanup.cron=* * * * *
(every minute)
3. log in
4. wait 1 minute, the user should get disabled

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 8.1.11 and 8.2.4 which were released today.
