It does not support passing a technique.yml (or yaml) (see https://github.com/Normation/rudder/blob/4ffec4a/policies/rudderc/src/lib.rs#L97 ) as working directory nor create a technique.yml file when initiliazing a technique (see https://github.com/Normation/rudder/blob/4ffec4a/policies/rudderc/src/lib.rs#L237)
