Description
Installing/enabling, etc. plugins is done with a button which directly does the action, but we need a confirmation dialog to warn the user about plugins that will be installed, also that the webapp will restart.
Also, plugins needing a license for installation should not be selectable, they should have a badge with "Missing license"
