rudder-package can return some errors related to license management, especially when making requests to the license repository using credentials.
The different license errors are not all propagated yet and the plugins UI currently shows only 401 errors.
We need to have more detailed errors about credentials or misconfiguration

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 8.3.0~beta1 which was released today.
