Description

We have a case where:
- snapshoting git state with "archive everything" page,
- creating a technique,
- restoring the state previous to the technique delete technique from editor but the files are still there (because #26284)

We need a change in technique file and commit / reload technique to make the technique appears again in editor.

Editor state should be in sync with git HEAD (modulo error in yaml).
