Description
- Simplify the structure of the page notably the space taken by the description and license information
- Change the important information to be the plugin description and documentation page
- Restrict disallowed plugin operations, like installing already installed ones, disabling disabled ones, etc., add selection count and make better summary in the confirmation dialog (this one is the hardest)
