Agent run schedule on node should not be editable if the value is ignored when the override is disabled

Description
In the settings webpage of the nodes, under the "Agent run schedule" section, we can edit the values and save the page, but it does not do anything if we did not fill the "Override global value" switch.
The editable section should not be editable and be "grayed out" until the user explicitly click on the "Override global value" otherwise it is very easy to think that the schedule is modified when in fact, it is not.
