Description
I have updated my licence with wrong credentials in /opt/rudder/etc/rudder-pkg/rudder-pkg.conf. We have a notification error without the message error, but I barely notice that the error message was displayed below the title. I think we should at least display it in red to be more noticeable

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 8.3.0~rc1 which was released today.
