Description

When a filter for methods is applied in the technique editor right panel, clicking on the “manual” icon of a technique in the method, that is not displayed by the current filter, does nothing.

Expected behaviour : I would expect that clicking on the manual icon would caused this method manual to show up nevertheless.

It's the manual icon in the method little icons buttons
AND the technique must be filtered out.

This is really an UX problem, and we need to think about what to do in that case. Perhaps cleaning the filter is the best solution to not broke UX completely.
