Description
When we click on "Show Technical details" on a directive from a built-in technique the link is wrong in 8.3
It redirects to /rudder/secure/administration/techniqueLibraryManagement/checkGenericFileContent
but the new path is https://rudder.test.rudder.io/rudder/secure/administration/maintenance#techniqueTree

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 8.3.2 which was released today.
