Description
We are filtering for empty case, while we want the opposite.

Actually, it should have been merged in 8.3 because we changed the serialization format of that API in that version. I'm adding a workaround for compat with older version.

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 8.2.7 and 8.3.2 which were released today.
