The table in the changeRequests page does not initially contain any change requests with the 'All' filter

Description

When accessing the complete list of change requests with the 'All' filter ( https://rudder-snapshot-8.2.normation.com/rudder/secure/plugins/changes/changeRequests/ ), the table does not initially show any change requests, even if some change requests do exist.

In order to view change requests with the 'All' filter, one must select another filter, and then change it back to 'All' (e.g. selecting the 'Open' filter, and then selecting 'All' again).
