Description
If there is too many nodes in a group, we can't reach the criteria tab anymore. It looks alike #26079 and may be due to #24547
This one is much more worse than how #26079 is explained (it might be the same), because group with many nodes happen far more often than group with 30+ criteria
Workaround: you can limit the number of node to 10 by page and resize your windows, but the experience is horrible.

It only happens in 8.3, since in 8.2 the nodes list take the half of the screen at maximum when the page is initially displayed
