Description
In the API accounts page when creating/updating an API account, and when tenants are enabled, the Access level
for the account can have the value Full access
(in fact, it is the default selected value). But the tenants selection with Access to tenants
is still possible.
It does not really make sense from a UX standpoint, since the user has full access.
