promises.cf generated on the nodes must contains bundlesequence calling to 'check_red_button_status' and 'check_uuid' in order to check that CFEngine continue to apply the promises

Description

Actually, some reports are missing to the server since the bundlesequence in the promises generated doesn't contain 'check_red_button_status' and 'check_uuid'.
It's normal that the initial promises doesn't contain these bundle but not the generated ones.
