When a campaign is running and modified, event needs to be interrupted and cleaned-up

Description
Currently, we can reach that kind of state if we modify/save a running campaign: 
But that doesn't make any sense because each time, a new even ID is generated and so the nodes won't report anymore on the correct event ID, and that just won't have any report.
=> just set the running campaign to "skipped" explaining why.
