Description

When one navigates to the change requests table with the `/rudder/secure/configurationManager/changes/changeRequests/` URL, the change requests table is empty even though change requests may be present
This bug can only be bypassed by selecting another value in the `Status` select dropdown (clicking the refresh button or updating the search filter does not work)
