Description
The issue is most likely present since 9.0.0.
Symptoms are a CFEngine crash due to:
error: Fatal CFEngine error: EXPANDRANGE Step size cannot be less than 1 or greater than the interval
The method was migrated to logger v4 in 9.0 and its code harmonized with the other ACL methods. But it is missing the definition of an important class guarding the definition of null ranges,
resulting in agent crash.
