Description
Now that we have CSV export of rules #28133, the title Rules of the page is wrapped as soon as the screen width is < 1655px, which is quite a medium screen size, not yet a smaller one.
We should do something about this header : wrap the buttons/display them vertically, or put the title in its own line, etc.
N.B. : does not happen for "Groups", since there is only two buttons
