Description
It should be more comfortable to be capable of forcing a node to execute its CFEngine agent with Rudder Webapp.
A use-case could be:- I don't have any access on the node then I can't use command line on it to force promises to be applied.
- I can't afford to wait until the promises are propagated and applied
