Description
When creating a new Rule, I had the feeling that nothing at all happened. I filled the popup, clicked Ok, and then... nothing !
After further examination, the List of rules was increased with one Rule.
It is really confusing and misleading, espectially if you have a lot of already defined rules.
I guess after the popup is closed, we should arrive directly on the Parameters of the rule
