Attached, one solution to improve the homepage.
Changes :
- New icons set
- More space between lines and subsection
- Interface changes (#2952)
Some work is still needed though:
- find a nice and short (2 lines top) description to put below "Welcome to Rudder".
- find a solution for the place on the left of "Current Status" and on the top of Configuration Manager.

The general look'n'feel of that page is integrated in Rudder 3.0, but the content is much nicer with actual interresting datas :)
